Our Story
Hi, we are Lauren and Jim welcome to our page. We met in 2006 by chance at a local gym had a great conversation. We found that we had common interests, and both were kind and caring people. We were married in 2011 and have been together almost 16 years!
Family Life
We believe in treating everyone equally and valuing friendships. We were both raised in the Roman Catholic religion and we want to raise our child to respect every religion and tradition. We love dogs but currently have no pets. We enjoy going to the shore in the summer and spending weekends on the beach and at our family’s shore house.
Lifestyle
We enjoy watching television and playing games . We love attending our nieces and nephews sporting events. During our down time we enjoy making memories by going to theme parks and other activities. Our community is very diverse and we have a healthy respect for all cultures. The home we live in has 3 bedrooms and is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoy barbecues in our backyard and spending time with friends and family. There is plenty of room to play in the yard as well.
Adoption
We are willing to keep you updated through writing letters and sending you pictures. Also, annual visits are also a possibility. We can also create a private Facebook page to share pictures and updates.
Diversity is very important because we must respect all cultures. We believe in treating others as we would want to be treated. We will celebrate your child’s background by incorporating different activities related to their culture. We will read books and research their ethnic background with them to discover and embrace traditions. We also believe in allowing your child to decide what they want and not forcing anything upon them.
